This traditional Sencha green tea is made using the freshest leaves, hand-picked on highland estates in Sri Lanka. It has a bright, just-cut-grass aroma which infuses to a smooth, subtle flavour with deliciously sweet undertones.

Tasting notes

Smooth, bright and refreshingly light with a fresh grassy aroma and deliciously sweet undertones. Best served without milk — try with a slice of lemon or ginger.

Brewing Instructions

Pour on nearly boiled water and brew for 3 minutes or less. Do not over-infuse or it will turn bitter. Serve without milk — a slice of lemon or root ginger makes a lovely addition.

Available in 25 individually wrapped string & tag envelopes. Boxes are wrapped in cellophane to preserve freshness; once open, every component inside is either biodegradable or recyclable. We are working hard to remove the cellophane.

Approximately 3 days for mainland UK, for most orders we use Royal mail 48 (worth £4.99). Free on orders over £35!

If you are un happy with your purchase we accept returns with in 14 days, as long as the goods are in a re-saleable condition, postage at your expense.
