This traditional Sencha green tea is made using the freshest leaves, hand-picked on highland estates in Sri Lanka. It has a bright, just-cut-grass aroma, which infuses to a smooth, subtle flavour with deliciously sweet undertones.
Ingredients: green tea
For the perfect cup of tea pour on nearly boiled water and brew for 3 minutes or even less. Green tea should be very gently infused and served without milk – do not infuse for too long otherwise it will be bitter. A slice of root ginger or lemon can be added to flavour this tea.
