We have created a special blend of large leaf black tea with cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, star anise, cardamon, natural flavours & cloves.
A blend of tea with spices is usually called masala chai. The exact recipes for masala chai vary from region to region and can be made with various different spices but it is nearly always milky & sweet.
Chai is the hindi word for tea and is pronounced to rhyme with 'pie'.

For the perfect cup of tea use freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 minutes. Best drunk with milk or your plant-based alternative & sweetened with a touch of honey or sugar.
