This rich, mahogany-red rooibos tea (pronounced roy~bos), has a sweet and slightly nutty flavour. Grown only in the stunning Cederberg Mountains in the Western Cape, rooibos (literally, "red bush") has been valued for centuries by South Africa’s Khoisan people for its medicinal properties and as a general cure all.
Ingredients: pure South African Rooibos
For the perfect cup of tea pour on freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 mins. Delicious with or without milk or your plant-based alternative. Add manuka honey to help soothe a sore throat.
