This blend of large leaf tea with pretty blue cornflowers and scented with natural bergamot flavour makes a delicious cup of this classic afternoon tea.
For the perfect cup of tea use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup, pour on freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 minutes. Best drunk with a dash of milk or a slice of lemon.
This also makes a delicious iced tea with an extra squeeze of lemon juice over ice.
