Created specifically for Scottish water, this blend combines flavoury Kenyan tea from the Kangaita factory on the slopes of Mount Kenya with rich Assam from the Muttuck estate, plucked at the peak of the second flush for the very best quality.

Tasting notes

Full-bodied and bright with the characteristic flavoury quality of high-grown Kenyan tea, deepened by the rich, malty character of peak second flush Assam. A seriously good cup.

Brewing Instructions

Pour on freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 minutes. Best drunk with milk or your plant-based alternative.

Packaging

100 biodegradable pyramid leaf tea bags in a sustainably sourced packet. The pyramid shape gives the large leaf room to move and infuse properly. The tea bag material and inner pouches are made from plant starch and wood pulp, both biodegradable and plastic free. Our packets are printed with vegetable-based inks on sustainably sourced cardboard, which can be recycled or composted.
