CHRISTMAS ORDER & DELIVERY DATES
There is an 48 hour National Postal Strike on 30 November and 1 December.
A further wave of strikes is planned for 9, 11, 14, 15, 23 and 24 December - some of the busiest days for pre-Christmas deliveries.
We are doing our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. If these December strikes proceed, to avoid disappointment for pre Christmas delivery when using Royal Mail, last postal dates for 2nd Class signed for is Monday 12th December & 1st Class signed for is Friday 16th December.

Should you wish to return an item that you’ve purchased from us, you can return it within 14 days provided that it hasn’t been opened and is in saleable condition.
Please note that we will not reimburse your postage costs on returned items. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
We can only accept exchanges when the goods received do not match those that you ordered or which are faulty. You should contact us within 7 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods. In order for us to refund the delivery charges goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. The items must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. The items must be unopened.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 calendar days after receipt of returned goods.
In the event that the bellevue tea company ltd is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.
We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.
