Dry January? These Teas Actually Help

January always arrives with good intentions. If you're taking a break from alcohol this month, the days can feel a bit longer than usual, especially in the evenings. Tea helps more than you'd think.

The obvious reason is that it gives you something to do with your hands. But there's more to it than that. A good cup of tea has real ritual to it - boiling the kettle, watching it brew, sitting down with something warm. That ritual is part of what you're replacing.

A few of our favourites for January evenings:

Rooibos: Naturally caffeine-free, so perfect later in the day. Sweet without any sugar, with an earthy warmth that feels genuinely comforting.

Sencha Green: A good mid-morning option. The L-theanine in green tea helps with that slightly flat feeling that January mornings can bring.

Earl Grey: Works at any time of day. The bergamot is uplifting in a gentle, reliable sort of way.

Find all three and more on our website. A mixed selection is a nice way to keep things interesting through the month.
